Appian Engineering, Inc. was formed on February 29, 1988 as a general engineering contractor.
Appian is a union contractor and State of California Small Business (Supplier # 1006018). We hold a Class “A” California Contractors License (#530522) and specializing in grading and paving of commercial, retail, apartment, industrial, infrastructure and environmentally sensitive projects.
Beginning with the corporation’s formation, Appian’s emphasis has been on providing service as a team member to our customers. We believe in value engineering as part of our service for our customers. This starts in the budget stages where value engineering can play a large part in getting any project off the ground. Our close relationships and steady growth have been accomplished due to the satisfaction of our customers and the consistent fulfillment of our commitments.
